Getting help

Email support@standly.io with your question or issue. We reply within two business days.

Include as much of this as you can, so we can reproduce the problem:

For a data deletion or export request, see the Privacy Policy and email the same address.

Installing and uninstalling

Add Standly to a channel from the Microsoft Teams app store, then open the Standly tab in that channel to create your first standup and pick participants. To remove Standly, uninstall it from the team or channel through Teams. Uninstalling stops all prompts and digests and removes the associated data (see our Privacy Policy).

Plans and billing

Plan changes take effect for future standup runs. When a team is on the Free plan and reaches the 10 active participant limit, additional participants are not prompted until the team upgrades.

Acceptable use and terms

Standly is provided for coordinating standups within your own organization. Use it only with accounts and channels you are authorized to administer, and do not use it to collect data from people without their knowledge, to send unsolicited messages, or in a way that violates Microsoft Teams terms or applicable law. The service is provided as is, without warranty. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change. Questions go to support@standly.io.
