Getting help

Email support@standly.io with your question or issue. We reply within two business days.

Include as much of this as you can, so we can reproduce the problem:

• Your Microsoft 365 tenant name or domain, and the team and channel involved.
• The name of the standup, and the date and time the problem happened.
• Where you saw it: Teams on desktop, on the web, or on mobile.
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
• A screenshot of the card, digest, or tab, and any error text shown.

For a data deletion or export request, see the Privacy Policy and email the same address.

Installing and uninstalling

Add Standly to a channel from the Microsoft Teams app store, then open the Standly tab in that channel to create your first standup and pick participants. To remove Standly, uninstall it from the team or channel through Teams. Uninstalling stops all prompts and digests. To request removal of associated data, see our Privacy Policy.

Plans and billing

• Free. Up to 10 active participants across your standups. Standup prompts, reminders, snooze, channel digests, and the last 30 days of response history are included.
• Core. Everything in Free for the seats you buy, plus full response history.
• Premium. Everything in Core plus Azure DevOps context on responses, an AI-generated digest summary (see AI-generated summaries), and analytics.

Plan changes take effect for future standup runs. When a team is on the Free plan and reaches the 10 active participant limit, additional participants are not prompted until the team upgrades.

AI-generated summaries

On the Premium plan, each daily digest includes a summary of two to four sentences about shared themes and blockers. An AI model writes it: Anthropic Claude (Claude Haiku 4.5), called through Vercel AI Gateway. The digest card labels it "AI-generated summary" and asks readers to review it before relying on it, because it can be inaccurate.

The model receives only that day's submitted answers for that standup: the standup name, its questions, the answers with the display name of each person who answered, and the number of people who did not answer. Nothing from other standups, chats, or Azure DevOps is sent. Answers are not used to train AI models. On the Free and Core plans no answers are sent to an AI model.

To report a summary that is wrong, offensive, or otherwise objectionable:

• Select Report this summary under the summary in the digest card, or
• email support@standly.io with the team, channel, standup name, and digest date.

A report from the card removes the summary from that digest right away, for everyone in the channel, and notifies Standly. We review every report within two business days and can turn off AI summaries for your team.
